Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
1. General Refund Policy
All payments made towards any internship program, training program, certification program, workshop, course, assessment, digital service, or any other service offered by Labmentix shall be considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly provided under this Refund Policy or where required under applicable law.
By enrolling in the Labmentix Internship Program and making the payment, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the program duration, eligibility criteria, project requirements, attendance requirements, assessment process, and applicable refund conditions.
A refund shall not be granted merely because of a change of mind, personal reasons, academic commitments, lack of time, failure to participate, dissatisfaction, technical issues on the student's side, internet connectivity issues, or the student's inability to continue the internship.
2. Refund Eligibility for the Labmentix Internship Program
A student shall become eligible to apply for a refund only after the official completion of the internship and only if all the following conditions are fulfilled simultaneously. Failure to satisfy even one of the requirements mentioned below shall result in the student becoming ineligible for a refund.
2.1 Minimum 90% Attendance
The student must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the internship program. Attendance shall be calculated solely based on Labmentix's official attendance records, including attendance records maintained through the official learning platform, live sessions, project meetings, mentor sessions, or any other mandatory activities communicated by Labmentix. The attendance records maintained by Labmentix shall be considered final for determining refund eligibility.
2.2 Minimum 90% Project Completion
The student must successfully complete and submit at least 90% of the mandatory projects assigned during the internship. Projects must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines and through the official submission process communicated by Labmentix. Failure to complete or submit at least 90% of the mandatory projects shall automatically make the student ineligible for a refund.
2.3 Minimum 90% Project Score
The student must obtain a minimum overall project evaluation score of 90% based on the evaluation criteria determined by Labmentix. Project evaluation may consider factors including:
- Quality of work
- Accuracy
- Practical implementation
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Documentation
- Timely submission
- Presentation and demonstration
- Compliance with project requirements
The evaluation conducted by Labmentix or its designated mentors/evaluators shall be considered final for determining refund eligibility.
2.4 Final Assessment Requirement
The student must successfully appear for and complete the Final Assessment conducted by Labmentix at the end of the internship. The student must meet the minimum qualifying criteria or score prescribed by Labmentix for the Final Assessment. Failure to appear for, complete, or qualify in the Final Assessment shall result in automatic disqualification from refund eligibility.
3. Completion of Internship Is Mandatory
Refund eligibility shall be considered only after the student has successfully completed the entire internship program. Merely enrolling in the internship, attending sessions, completing some projects, or participating for a part of the internship shall not create any entitlement to a refund.
The student must remain actively enrolled until the official completion date of the internship and must complete all mandatory requirements communicated by Labmentix.
Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue participation, become inactive, or fail to complete the internship shall not be eligible for a refund.
4. Combined Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the student must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:
- Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance throughout the internship.
- Successfully complete and submit at least 90% of the mandatory projects.
- Obtain a minimum overall 90% project evaluation score.
- Successfully complete and qualify in the Final Assessment, as per the criteria prescribed by Labmentix.
- Successfully complete the entire duration of the internship program.
Failure to meet any one of the above requirements shall automatically disqualify the student from receiving a refund. No partial fulfillment of the above requirements shall create refund eligibility.
5. Refund Request Procedure
Students who believe that they have fulfilled all refund eligibility requirements may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from the official completion date of the internship. The refund request must be submitted through Labmentix's official support channel and should include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Registered Mobile Number
- Internship Program Name
- Batch Details
- Payment Transaction ID or Reference Number
- Any additional information requested for verification
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Labmentix reserves the right to verify the student's attendance records, project completion status, project evaluation scores, final assessment results, payment records, and internship completion status before approving any refund.
6. Refund Processing
If the student is found eligible and the refund request is approved after verification, the refund shall ordinarily be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines. The refund shall be processed through the original payment method or any other method considered appropriate by Labmentix, subject to applicable laws and payment processing requirements.
7. No Refund in Case of Non-Compliance
A student shall not be eligible for a refund if they:
- Fail to maintain 90% attendance;
- Fail to complete at least 90% of the mandatory projects;
- Obtain less than 90% in the applicable project evaluation;
- Fail to appear for or qualify in the Final Assessment;
- Fail to complete the entire internship;
- Voluntarily withdraw or discontinue the internship;
- Remain inactive during the internship;
- Submit plagiarized, copied, fraudulent, or misrepresented project work;
- Attempt to manipulate attendance, assessments, project scores, or any academic records;
- Violate Labmentix's Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, or other applicable policies.
In such cases, the student shall not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, or adjustment of the program fee.
8. Final Decision
All records maintained by Labmentix relating to attendance, project completion, project evaluation, final assessment, internship completion, and refund eligibility shall be used for verification of refund requests. The decision on refund eligibility shall be based on the student's verified records and the applicable Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy shall limit any rights that may be available to a student under applicable law.
